This workshop is for women only and includes both lecture and exercises to help strengthen and stabilize your pelvic floor. No Experience Necessary. Bring a yoga block and strap if you have them.
In this video Natalie explains the three layers of the pelvic floor.
Natalie is the Director of Teacher Program at Rasa Yoga Centers (Ashland and Medford, OR). In addition, she leads trainings and workshops in the United States and abroad. To this date, she has released 5 DVD videos: Yoga for Beginners (in Spanish), Pre and Postnatal Yoga (both in English and Spanish), Yoga for Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, and Restorative Yoga for Chronic Pain.
As a certified yoga therapist, she has a comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, body structure, the mechanics of movement and the application of Asanas for physical and emotional wellness. Her wide range of trainings allows her to teach different yoga styles and levels.
