Self Care for Female Sexual and Reproductive Health

How to tend to the terrain of the miraculous female body

with Sarah Bly

Looking deeply at the natural designs of the female sexual/reproductive physiology, we discuss ways to interact with our environment, food, community, bodies and minds to create optimal functioning of our hormonal systems and our sexual health.

This class includes very practical tips for physiological, emotional and psychological self-care with a whole-being approach. Ideas addressed include sleep habits, blood sugar balance, connection with women and nature, self-pleasuring and self-intimacy, stress cycles, pineal, thyroid and adrenal support and much more!
